Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute orders once they have been processed. Koala Wonders is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
